Here are five signs showing that your p*nis is not normal and what you have to do about it, according to Dailystar.
1. Your p*nis seems to curve more than normal
If you have always had a bit of a bend in your erec-tion and it looks
more curved then normal then also feel for some hardness or firmness
under the skin. Dr Joseph Sonstein told Men’s Health if it feels like
there is a penny lodged in there you could have Peyronie’s disease which
is a buildup of calcified scar tissue.
If untreated, this can lead to pain during s*x or a more extreme curve
in your p*nis. It can also heighten the risk of a broken penis.
Depending on the case you can have surgery to rectify it or it may just
be as simple as a few enzyme or saline injections.
2. You have hard, painless lumps on your balls
This is a telltale sign of testicular cancer.
For UK males, testicular cancer is the 16th most common cancer and there were around 2,400 diagnoses in 2014.
When caught early, 99% of cases are curable so it’s best to give yourself a once-over in the shower at least once a month.
3. The skin at the tip of your p*nis is feeling tight
If you also see white coloured spots in the area you could have
something called lichen sclerosus, urologist Ryan Terlecki told Men’s
Health. This is a skin condition caused by a hormone or immune system
imbalance.
“You should be especially worried if you’re uncircumcised or feel like you have to push while you pee,” Ryan added. He also warned if left untreated it could lead to cancer or a total blockage of your urinary tract.
4. You’ve noticed blood in your urine
This could be a sign of an enlarged prostate or kidney stones. However, Joseph told Men’s Health, “in the medical world, blood in the urine is cancer until proven otherwise.”
However, the NHS said to check whether or not you have eaten beetroot
lately before heading to the doctor as this can sometimes turn urine
pink. They also said this could be a sign of a urine or kidney
infection.
5. Your p*nis looks chaffed
While chaffing is common, if the patch isn’t sensitive or painful or if
you haven’t had s*x in a while which would cause the chaffing Ryan said
you could be looking at penile cancer.
In 2014 there were, on average, two penile cancer diagnoses delivered
every day with men over 70 being the most likely to get it. If the
cancer is discovered early enough it can usually be treated by topical
treatment.
